Metaratus™ Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy is designed to be clear and fair to both Metaratus™ and our valued customers. We believe in the quality of our products and stand behind them with this policy. For any additional queries or support, please contact our customer service team.

At Metaratus™, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality computer products. Our range includes laptops, desktops, All-in-One PCs, mini-PCs, tablets, and projectors. To ensure your peace of mind, all these products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty specifically covers faults due to manufacturing defects. If your product malfunctions within the first year of purchase and the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we are here to help. You can return the malfunctioning product to us, and Metaratus™ will either repair the damaged product or replace it with a new one.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction resulting from the customer's misuse, negligence, or accidents. If the product is damaged due to the customer's fault, Metaratus™ is not liable for repair or replacement under this warranty.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase with Metaratus™. However, it is important to note that all sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another product, except as covered under our warranty.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product in a damaged state, or it malfunctions within the first year due to no fault of your own, you are eligible for a return under this policy. We encourage customers to inspect their products upon delivery and report any issues immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
